Gloria, a Sales Representative at Mazda, did not initially plan to work in the automotive industry. Her academic background is in tourism, and she previously worked in the airline sector. During the COVID period, she reconsidered her professional path and came across a vacancy at Axess. She saw it as an opportunity to take on a new challenge and move in a completely different direction.

Gloria already had experience in sales, but the transition to automotive was very different. While her soft skills such as communication and understanding customers remained the same, selling cars requires deeper product knowledge and a more complex approach. For her, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing the happiness of clients when they take delivery of their vehicle and hearing their positive feedback.
