JOB OBJECTIVE
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative who will be responsible to to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Being the key point of contact between Axess and its clients, the Sales Representative will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Sell pre-owned vehicles to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Actively follow up on leads.
- Maximize profitability per sale through effective negotiation and pricing strategies.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all vehicles in stock.
- Clearly explain difference between various models and brands.
- Position each vehicle according to customer needs and budget.
- Understand market value of vehicles.
- Conduct professional and informative test drives.
- Be knowledgeable about add-on products.
- Deliver premium buying experience.
- Ensure prompt follow-up and engagement with all prospective and existing customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer, in a transparent and timely manner.
- Uphold company policies and legal requirements during all sales processes.
- Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and credibility.
- Sell right cars at the right time.
- Identify slow-moving stock and work on strategies to improve turnover.
- Keep up-to-date with current inventory levels, age of stock, and key features.
- Push slow-moving units.
- Maximize conversion rate from lead to sales.
- Proactively follow up on all sales leads from walk-ins, calls, online inquiries, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM or tracking systems.
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries to maximize conversion.
- Track and report progress of leads and opportunities to management.
- Submit accurate and timely reports on sales performance and lead conversion to the Business Unit Manager.

- Knowledge of pre-owned vehicle specifications, features, and condition assessment.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer buying behavior
- Knowledge of vehicle financing options, insurance, and extended warranties.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- At least SC or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in automotive industry
- Certification in sales or customer service
- Holder of a valid driving license
- Holder of a clean morality certificate
- Proficient with computer applications and CRM systems
- Proficient in French and English
