PANEL BEATER GRADE I
The Panel Beater Grade I will have as responsibilities to strip, repair, replace, fit and adjust body panels after accident damage or modification, including the repair of body panels and refitting components.
Responsibilities and Duties
Carry out repairs on the metallic bodies of vehicles.
Cut cutting plates.
Prepare and adjust plates for welding.
Punch rivet holes and use pneumatic tools for riveting.
Repair and replace structural damage.
Dismantle parts for EOR (estimates of repairs).
Assist in repairing body misalignment.
Remove replace and realign bolt on vehicle body panel sections and ancillary fittings.
Remove and replace/fit protector mouldings, transfers and decals.
Repair body panels (minor repairs).
Repair/renew parts.
Dismantle accessories/vehicle parts.
Perform marking out of plates.
Remove and replace adhesive bonded panels and structures.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: At least form 3
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience in automotive panel works
- Holder of a valid driving license
- Holder of a clean morality certificate
