JOB OBJECTIVE

To bring marketing strategy to life, the Marketing Coordinator specialised in Event Planning, Production, and Project Management orchestrates various events, produces associated marketing materials, and manages projects that align with marketing goals. This role is vital for enhancing brand visibility, fostering customer engagement, and driving business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Plan and deliver events end-to-end, manage timelines, ensure smooth on-site execution, and maintain high attendee and brand standards.
  • Oversee production of event assets, coordinate with teams and suppliers, and ensure brand consistency and quality.
  • Manage vendors and internal teams, align on deliverables, and negotiate costs and service levels.
  • Handle budgets, track expenses, ensure accuracy, and optimize costs without compromising quality.
  • Act as central contact, prepare briefs/reports, and ensure clear, timely communication.
  • Drive strong brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and support experiential marketing.
  • Track KPIs, gather feedback, and deliver post-event insights and improvements.

SKILLS

  • Manage POSM, branding, and marketing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in event Management or related field
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Adobe proficiency
  • Proven experience as an events planner or organiser
