JOB OBJECTIVE
To provide electrical automotive services by performing inspections, repairs, maintenance, and installations efficiently, safely and according to Axess’s quality and time standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Repairs of machines Electrical installation of machinery Trouble shooting.
- Perform ordinary maintenance work on electric lighting, power installations and overhead lines.
Performing soldering work.
- Work on poles, fixing arms, insulators, brackets, cable fuses and running and regulating overhead lines.
- Deal with all types of internal wiring on electric lighting and power installations including conduit, and copper covered cable, armored cable work and metal and plastic trucking.
- Deal with low tension circuits.
- Responsible for renewing fuses and making and soldering conductor joints of all types on low tension systems.
- Perform minor repairs to motors, dynamos, generators and other electrical appliances.
- Assemble electrical components and perform simple wiring on electrical panels.
- Deal with and replacing ac and dc work, batteries and automotive circuits.
- Deal with the types of cables and sizes of conductors and bus bars used on various types of electric lighting and power installations and electric machines.
- Prepare compounds and filling joint boxes.
- Install, repair, locate and remove faults on electric motors, starters, dynamos, generators, battery charging equipment, automotive circuits, domestic appliances, switchgear and circuit breakers.
- Use meggers, voltmeters and ammeters and other testing equipment in connection with his job.
- Perform complete wiring of electrical panels.
- Prepare estimates of quantities of materials required for specific works.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in Mechanical Repairs (1 Year)
- Academic level (At least Form 3)
- Professional Qualification (NTC4 in electronics)
