How does one express the staggering essence and lively spirit of Jassmeer Motur – Her selfless generosity, pleasant humor, and unwavering commitment to her family and friends? Words, even the very best of them, cannot pay tribute or truly capture the sense of loss we feel.
A loyal colleague to some and a special friend to many, we all can remember an anecdote to cherish. “Elle respirait la joie de vivre” says Sharonne Laurent from Suzuki and Veronique Letandrie from SWAN. “I remember her as a jukebox, someone who knows every song and the lyrics to it,“ says Laura Rousseau.
She joined Axess in July 2018 as Sales Assistant (Heavy Machinery) and was then transferred to the Back office departments as Sales Support Officer in February 2019. Lately, she was occupying the two important roles within Axess of working in the showroom of Isuzu as Sales Assistant and giving a helping hand in the back office.
“It’s a major loss for Isuzu” says Dan Ramchurn from Suzuki. “We lost someone who had the zest for life. Someone who was as bright as the sun in dark times” relates Nazeera Pierre and Shalinee Gungah along with the back office team.
Throughout her career at Axess, Jassmeer worked with passion, integrity, and energy, spreading positivity all around her. She has a smile and laughter one would recognize from afar and definitely miss.
“I am deeply saddened by the loss of Jassmeer. She was part of an incredible team whether it was back office, Suzuki or Isuzu. Her willingness to help and going the extra mile made that she was devoted to Axess. We will miss her presence and legendary laughter”, relates Fréderick Wiehe, Brand Manager Suzuki & Isuzu.
Apart from her day-to-day job, Jassmeer was very much involved in the Company events organization. She was a key member of the Welfare Committee and always had innovative ideas to propose. Thanks to her outreach, she was negotiating the best deals for all our events and planned an important role in the planning of Axess End of Year party. Our Events will definitely not be the same without Jassmeer around to spread her enthusiasm and positivity and smile. “I personally call her Singh, from the Indian movie Singh is King because she was a King” relates Manish Hurnaum, Showroom Manager at Suzuki.
And so today we thank and honor her, by profoundly feeling and expressing our loss, but also by remembering Jassmeer as an amazing person who played a special role in all of our lives and at some point or the other touch our lives. You will be deeply missed.
We send our condolences to Jassmeer’s family, friends and colleagues.
