Not every job is dangerous, but every employer is responsible for the safety of their employees in the workplace. One of the best ways for employers to meet their legal and moral obligations to their employees is to provide first aid training to employees. Having employees trained provides benefits that aren’t always obvious.
Ritish from Health and Safety organized First Aid Training sessions, which conforms with Occupational Safety and Health Act guidance, providing a comprehensive set of practical skills needed by first aiders in most workplaces. Same giving both the ability and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies. It meets the standards required to help comply with Health and Safety (First aid) regulations.
The purpose of the First Aid course is to train individuals in the skills necessary to recognize and provide first aid care for injuries and sudden illness until advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. An accident can happen anytime, and it is important to have at least a basic knowledge of First Aid. Incorporating real case situations, practical examples, and assessment the course caters for all l [...]
Young, ambitious, and carefree and yes, we are talking about Guillaume Dorza. 30 years of age with four years as Sales representative of the Citroën brand at Axess. Beforehand, Guillaume was in the beverage business with Red Bull and Phoenix Beverages. Looking after key customers regarding nightlife and events was the prime prospects of Guillaume.
We got curious and asked Guillaume how he came in this line, “A friend of mine was telling me about this job opportunity and at the same time I was quite fed up working mostly at night. So, I seized the opportunity. On top of that my parents drove only French cars, so I believe it was an easy choice as I knew the cars already. Apart from that I like the originality that they bring to the car industry. It was an opportunity with passion.” Sales are quite some jobs, and one must be informative and versatile and challenging. “The most challenging about the job is the organization of your prospect and as well as being i [...]
As someone who firmly believes that one should pursue his/her passion, it was natural for her to combine her love for tyres to her job.
She has now been working for Axess Ltd since June 2013 and has been growing since - From workshop Sales Representative to Operation Assistant and to now succeeding the post of Outdoor Sales Representative.
Being an outdoor Sales Representative takes a lot of interpersonal and social skills. And for everyone who met Sedanie, knows that she fits perfectly in this position.
On top of being a people magnet, her charisma and positive attitude are what set her apart. Her customers always come first, and she always ensures that they their purchasing journey ends with a smile on their face.
For Sedanie, to achieve & sustain growth, doing the extra mile is essential!
During those 8 years, she has been putting the extra hours and taking on more responsibilities by maintaining an impeccable track record with her customers and co-workers.
It is not always easy, but it surely is rewarding at the end!
Even though we might be (a little) late on this one, we wish to congratulate Nazeera Pierre on winning Axess Employee of the Year 2020.
So, what does it take to become Axess Employee of the Year? Well, it takes DRIVE:
And Nazeera, our Sales Support Coordinator lives by these various principles. As part of her day to day, she acts as an anchor between the sales team and our customers. Ensuring the smooth-running throughout the process of buying a new car runs across all channels. Her beliefs are deeply rooted and vouch that purchasing a new car is more than just an investment, it’s a whole journey! So, she strives on making it a good one; from registration to ‘mise-en-route’ to delivery, she is there every step of the way.
Being a car enthusiast living for his passion, Steeven Jagloo recently joined the Axess family. In the Isuzu sales team, he is more confident than ever to embrace new challenges. He does put a point that the client needs to be at the heart of his job. “It’s not only about selling cars, it’s helping to realize their dream. It’s listening to their needs and orientating them to the right car and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.”
Even if the beginning of his career started in a different sector (reception at Dinarobin), it soon led back to the path of his heart. He joined ABC Motors as a Salesman, then pursue his career at Bosch Car Service in the after-sales Service before joining Axess.
While having quite a vast choice in the segment, he chose Axess as for him “It’s a privilege working in the second largest automobile dealership with the international well-known brand”.
Few questions were drawn to get to know Steeven a little better.
“3 is not enough but I would say “ bring us back the life we had before covid-19, that people live in a more humanly and divinely way and the last one would be to procure free food, education, and m [...]
He describes himself as a car Aficionado – we asked ourselves the same question, and by Google’s definition, it is a person who is deeply knowledgeable and enthusiastic about a subject. Let us start by saying Karl, you win this round of Scrabble. Early 2021 we welcome Karl-Stephane Cherval in our Citroën Sales Team with a simple yet meticulous to-do. Accompanying and counsel each client towards a car purchase. Orientate their choice towards the right car suiting the client’s wants and needs and ensuring a bona fide customer experience. Easily said than done but we have full confidence in Karl to make things happen. While all of this is a beautiful promise to keep, Karl started his career in the beverage industry after university and later joined Jeep Alfa Romeo and ABC motors. Learning through difficulties to finally choo [...]
