Axess Induction & Onboarding

Starting up afresh in a new job place is an anxious time but yet an exciting moment as well for all new employees. Eager to find out how to fit into the organization to hit ground running and make a real difference.

Understanding company culture and how to fit in the business is important so one can know the expectations and fulfil their role. Axess promotes induction sessions so all new members can properly get acquainted to their work environment. With smiles and lots of questions, Stephanie Antoine, The Strategic HR Manager opened the plenary on Wednesday 5th August, explaining the company’s vision, mission and savoir-faire.

Followed by Christophe Hebe, Customer Experience and Insight Manager who started the induction session by asking how one perceives their work and how others perceive one’s job. A fun and pro-active session of learning and group discussion highlighting Customer Service Excellence. We can be sure our new members are pumped towards giving a great customer and inter-personal service within the company.

Code of ethics are the guiding principles to help our team’s professional business conduct with honesty and integrity. An open session with Juliette Baulard, from Human Resources, proved beneficial and helped decimate our ethics and how they should conduct themselves in respect to their colleagues, clients and the company.

We all agree, our health and safety in our workplace is of primordial importance, thus an introductory session with Ritish Sowamber, Health & Safety Officer allowed everyone to comprehend how to apply safety measures and use safety equipment in their respective workplaces.
